Information on liability waivers for Moxie students.
Moxie requires all attendees to agree to a liability waiver whenever reserving a class, covering both the coach and the Moxie platform.
At checkout, attendees are asked to re-enter their full name and agree to the following:
“I confirm that I am medically fit to undertake this class, and that I do so voluntarily at my own risk at all times. I have read and agreed to the full waiver and release.”
