Overview
It's free to browse Moxie and you can reserve and attend Flex Pay classes at no cost.
You only pay when buying memberships or when dropping in to paid classes. Your instructor sets their own drop-in rates and membership prices and they keep 100% of what you pay.
You may also choose to purchase a Moxie Pass that will enable you to take classes from any instructor in the Moxie marketplace for a single monthly rate. Further details on Moxie Pass can be found here. The below fees do not apply to Moxie Pass purchases.
What fees are associated with my Moxie purchases?
For students, there are two types of fees associated with using Moxie.
The first is the standard Stripe Payment Processing Fee of 2.9% + $0.32 per transaction. The Payment Processing Fee goes directly to Stripe to cover payment processing, fraud, and security, and is out of our control.
Please note that Stripe may also charge an additional 1 - 2% payment processing fee for non U.S. customers.
We also charge a small Moxie Platform Fee of up to 5%.
The Moxie Platform Fee helps us continue operating and improving the platform and the Moxie app. This also empowers your coaches by allowing them to keep 100% of what they earn on the platform.

he platform fee is applied to paid drop-ins purchases, all Flex Pay one-time payments, and all membership purchases on the platform (excluding Moxie Pass). The platform fee is calculated based on the price of the class and will not exceed 5% of the total purchase value.
Every time a student makes a payment on Moxie the Platform Fees and Payment Processing Fees are automatically applied at checkout.
