Moxie's refund policy for attendees who do not show up for their class reservation.
For drop-ins & package holders. If an attendee does not show up for a class they will automatically forfeit their payment, or pass, to the instructor.
For subscribers. If a subscriber does not show up for their reserved class it has no impact on their subscription.
For Moxie Pass members. If an attendee does not show up for class they will automatically forfeit the tickets used to reserve the class.
