Attending a class

Attending class on Moxie is as easy as 1, 2, 3! All Moxie classes are held on moxie.xyz, accessible through your internet browser (we recommend Google Chrome) or via the Moxie app.


Prior to class, you will receive a couple of email reminders with the direct link to the class details page. Once you’re ready for class, just click the Enter Studio button on the class details page to enter the virtual Moxie studio. The studio opens automatically 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Moxie attendees can join classes in 2 ways:

  • By downloading the Moxie app, and entering the studio using a mobile device

  • Or on a laptop, or desktop, using the Google Chrome browser. You can test the compatibility of your device here.

Reserving a Class

Step 1: Select your class

Once you find a class you want to attend, click on the Reserve button to register for the class. It is important to reserve your classes ahead of time as the number of seats are limited.


Step 2: Create an account or sign in

If you do not yet have a Moxie account, you will be asked to quickly sign up using an email address and password. Creating an account on Moxie ensures that you receive class reservation information, class schedules, payment confirmations, important reminders about your reservations, and any class cancelations.


Step 3: Complete your reservation

If you are reserving a flex pay class, you do not need to enter payment information before taking class. All flex pay classes are donation-based and you would make any payment after the class. For more on Flex Pay classes see here.

If you are reserving a paid class, you will need to enter your credit card details (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) and confirm the payment to confirm your reservation. Your card details are securely processed and stored by our payment processor, Stripe, and never saved on Moxie servers. We currently support payments from over 135 countries - you can check the full list here.

FAQs

What is the cut off time to reserve a class?

  • Livestream classes: You are able to reserve Livestream classes up to 10 minutes after the class start time.

  • In-Person classes: You are able to reserve at any point. There is no cut off.

Please note: For Livestream classes, once you are reserved, you are able to enter the studio at any point once class begins. There is no cut off time.

Additional notes

  • At the moment you are able to reserve and pay for one class at a time. Excluding challenges, when your purchase a challenge, you have the option to auto-reserve all the corresponding classes. 

  • You can also purchase subscriptions,  class packages directly to your favorite coaches, enabling you to reserve seats for paid classes with just a couple of clicks.
