Information on On-Demand and prerecorded classes on Moxie.

Make your classes work hard for you, even after the workout is over. With Moxie, you can offer previously recorded, On-Demand classes and charge for access.
Instructors can choose to record, or upload, as many On-Demand classes as they wish.
To record a new On-Demand class directly on Moxie, click the Add a Class button on your profile and choose the "On-Demand" option. Once you fill in the details and click Record Now you will be able to enter the warm-up room and start the class. Your session will be recorded and automatically added to your On-Demand library.
What classes are included in my On-Demand library?
All recorded Livestream classes are automatically uploaded to the instructor's On-Demand library. The recording only includes the instructor's video, not any of the attendees.
Instructors can also upload any of their previously recorded classes to their On-Demand libraries. For steps to do so, see here.
Instructors can choose to hide any of their On-Demand classes. Only the instructor can view hidden On-Demand classes.
Who can access my On-Demand classes?
Subscribers can access all of the instructor's On-Demand classes as long as their subscription includes On-Demand.
Package holders can unlock any of the instructor’s On-Demand classes for one Pass, as long as their package includes On-Demand classes.
Paid drop-in attendees can view the specific recordings of the classes they reserved—giving them the ability to watch a session they paid for but couldn't attend live.
Flex Pay classes can be rewatched by clients who attended them live
Editing On-Demand class details
To edit your On-Demand class details, click on the Edit button on the class card. From there, you will be able to upload a new thumbnail and edit the title, description, required equipment, skill level, and intensity.
Collections
Can I group my On-Demand classes?
Yes - simply navigate to the On-Demand section on your profile, and click on Create Collection to start.
Give your collection a name, and a short description - these will be visible to your clients.
Once created, you can simply click on the Collection button on the On-Demand class card, select the collection you want to add it to, and click Add.
Can I use the same On-Demand class across multiple collections?
Yes, you can add On-Demand classes to multiple collections.
How is the collection sorted?
The most recently added On-Demand classes will appear at the top.
How to remove a class from a collection?
Simply click on the X button next to the collection name to remove that particular class.
What happens if I delete a collection?
You can delete a collection by clicking into it, and then on the trash can icon. Deleting a collection just deletes the collection itself, it does not affect or delete any of the individual classes in the collection.
Add to your Featured collection
Select up to three On-Demand classes to help attendees get a feel for you in action. Showcase classes that exhibit your best work! Attendees can watch a free 3 minute preview, starting at the 5 minute mark of the recording. These Featured classes can be previewed on your main Moxie profile page, next to your class schedule.
To feature a class...
Go to your On-Demand tab.
Click Collection on the On-Demand class card.
Click Add next to the Featured collection.
Please note: videos uploaded to Moxie do not initially have the 3 minute preview capability. If you intend to feature an uploaded On-Demand class please send the team an email at support@moxie.xyz and we can ensure your Featured video is unlocked and viewable.

Where can my clients find my On-Demand classes?
Your On-Demand classes are listed under the On-Demand tab on your Moxie profile.
When will my Livestream class recordings appear in my On-Demand library?
Class recordings are typically available within a few minutes after class completion.
Can I send my student the link to a specific class video?
Currently the best way to accomplish this is to place the desired On-Demand video into a collection and send your client the link to the collection. There is no way to send a link to just the recording at this time.
